Vendor Registration By Mail
Vendor Registration Form for download (PDF file) Please mail completed form and include your check for the total and send to the address listed on the form.
Completing your online registration is a 4-step process. Please follow it carefully.
1.) Fill in the registration form completely. IMPORTANT: You must hit the Submit button.
2.) After submitting your form, scroll to Store area to pay for your registration and other convention items.
3.) Indicate the quantity of items you want for each item below in the store by placing the quantity in the blank box. After you’ve added all of your items, click on “Add to Cart” button. Confirm your ordered items in the cart, and then click the “Checkout with PayPal” yellow button below the cart in the upper right hand corner of page.
4.) Pay for your shopping cart selections on the secure PayPal site. PayPal accepts major credit cards.
